Great menu! We had the $9.99 special and you got way more than $9.99 worth of food! You got either chowder or bisque, choice of several main courses and dessert. Both the clam chowder and the seafood bisque were out of this world. I had the fish sandwich. It was huge, fresh and tasty and came with house made chips, also delicious. I couldn't eat all the chips because my sandwich was so big and I had to save room for dessert. You had your choice of a peanut butter brownie bar or s'more brownie bar. Also quite delicious. The food was served promptly and with a dose of local hospitality that can't be beat. I truly can't say enough. Wish I was still in Sebastian.

Finally able to scratch this location off our list as we travel to all the Mulligan's locations. We found ourselves in Sebastian picking up treasures to bring back to our shop. Having never enjoyed breakfast at any location we opted for that choice and were quickly seated in the section overlooking the beautiful inlet. Taking in the overcast views we sipped our favorite beverage of raspberry ice tea and awaited our cakes an eggs to arrive. The sights of the seascape are amazing and despite the gentle rainfall the ocean was alive with lots of "watchable" activity. Too soon breakfast was over and we were jolted back into reality leaving behind a wonderful new memory tucked away until the opportunity arises to venture this way once again ~

Called and made reservations for 12 however we had 4 more people show up and the waitress was very accommodating. Sharon is a great waitress. She was busy as we were in there right at noon but she took very good care of us and met all of our needs. The food was great.

For Florida - the food is pretty good here and the atmosphere is very fun. Great to sit right on the water and more times than not - you will see manatees and dolphin right below open air windows. However - place needs a good scrubbing! It is understood that it is an open air environment but floors, walls, window sills and lighting have a tad too many bug crusties and just plan dirt. If they can resolve this issue - and keep it up - it would greatly improve this restaurant!

A fun on the water spot for any meal. Wide variety of food on the menu and a great selection of adult beverages. Service was prompt and friendly and checked on me several times.
I had a Cobb Salad that was fresh and delicious. The presentation was nice too - on a tray like plate with every thing in bright colorful rows!
