My husband and I are weekly, if not more, regulars here. We have enjoyed many different menu items, But ,by far, the best for us is the Ribs. Being on a low carb, high protein diet, we always get them dry. As in, no sauce. They are delicious, fall off the bone, lip smacking, awesome! Combined with a side salad, and steamed broccoli; I am set!
However, last Saturday night was an exception. When our plates came to us we noticed that the ribs seemed to have a different texture. And when you picked up the rib bone, it did not pull out easily as it had done all the times before. Tasting the rib, it was ok. But not the best we had had there previously. As it would happen, one of the great floor managers ( i am assuming that is what their title is) noticed our not so happy faces. She came to our table and asked us how everything was. I immediately asked her if maybe the company had switched techniques or maybe meat wholesalers. "Are they tough" she asked. I said yes and dry. She apologized and took our plates back to the kitchen. 10 minutes later Trevor, manager partner, came to our table and explained there was a problem with that batch and was starting on a new batch for us. He apologized and 15 minutes later he was back at our table with two brand new racks and sides. This time. Perfection. And he even comped our entire meal
