The website is very clear and informative. There are many choices as Sabal Palms Inn is part of 2 other boutique hotels and a condo. The owner, Joe and his wife Maggie, as well as the staff are very helpful. It is a relaxing environment. A great place to get a good rest, lots of fresh air and exercise. A nice outdoor whirlpool to relax in after a long day. Close to many attractions.

Room Tip: All the rooms are comfortable but if possible try to reserve the rooms in the front or the upstairs back rooms. The rooms in the basement are comfortable and large but there is no porch or balcony with a view.

stay in room #1 if vacant, if not room #4, extra window for light. Excellent airconditioning. Very clean, inside and the exterior grounds. Loved the swimming pool for simply lounging in the water on a hot day. Located just across the street from the beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Low traffic beach road made it easy to cross.

Welcoming and helpful staff; beautiful, peaceful spot; comfortable suites with everything you need. Soft sandy beach is across the road. Exquisite sunsets. Borrow a bike and feel like a kid again. A little piece of heaven!

Loved the quaintness of the Sabal Palms, the access to the beach was perfect! Wished they would have had room darkening curtains, you could see through the louvres. The bed was a little too soft, we sank into the bed and was very uncomfortable!

Room Tip: Some more private room darkening curtains with a little pizazz. A firmer mattress, and a taller toilet that didn't leak around the base.

Marsha M thank you so much for your review and we are glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We are currently upgrading the window treatments. The beds are all brand new and a handful have mattress tops. Some people love the softness...hope to see you again soon!

I've stayed at Sabal Palms several times before and it's my No.1. go to stay when I'm at Pass-s-Grille. I understand there are plans to demolish the existing building and replace with a new one which will bring it to s similar standard as the other two properties in the group.
