Super breakfasts, a socal hour with beer & wine, soda or juice all day long, fancy dessert in the evenings and a bottomless Cream Brandy decanter just to name a few of extras provided.

Sometimes it's just the little things that make a difference. Like the bath robes provided, or the Q-Tips by the sink, or the clean "rags" that you can use to wipe up a spill, clean your shoes and even your car windshield. You won't find any of this at your standard motel!

Located only a few blocks from the historic distance makes it easy walk to get there. No need to drive you car and pay for parking.

The room was excellent (Anna's Room), perfectly decorated and very comfortable. This is one of the smaller rooms so it can be a little tight but we knew that going in. Just disappointed that we didn't have any spirit sighting while there :)

All of the staff was great and really helpful. They were willing to answer any questions we had and tend to any of our needs. I can't recommend the St. Francis Inn enough, you must stay here if you have the chance.

My friend and I stayed for a weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves... the staff was friendly and courteous, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable.... and the complementary cream sherry and nightly dessert were delicious!!! Can't wait to plan another trip to St. Augustine and will definitely stay at the St. Francis Inn.

We stayed at the St. Francis B&B for three nights early September but by the end of our stay we wanted to stay longer! We stayed in the Garden Hideway which is a private area of the property but close to all amenities that the B&B has to offer such as the beautiful and well maintained garden area and pool. Breakfast is served each morning with a rotating menu of items and light snacks and wine, beer, and soda is served in the evening. Each staff member treated us like family. We spoke with Kim during most of our visits to evening social and they were so friendly and personable. The room itself was well maintained, clean, and large enough for two adults and our dog Scooter (they even provide a water bowl and treats for your dogs in their pet friendly rooms but you will need to verify that you are booking a pet friendly room prior to booking). The bed was extra comfy and the lines were high quality. The Garden Hideway had a separate indoor soaking tub with an electric fireplace, and TV which was amazing to relax and watch TV while relaxing. WiFi was also fast enough to work from the room during the day. When you are ready to explore and leave St. Francis B&B you are within a short walking distance to the winery, distillery, shops, restaurants, and the college. We can't wait to return again soon!

My husband and I came to the St. Francis with our two year old son. We stayed in the Overlook. The staff was very accommodating and kind. We know we must have been loud at some point because, well, we have a two year old...but the staff loved him and were so sweet.

I loved the s'mores kit for the firepit, and we all enjoyed the pool and garden! My son especially liked the koi pond.

Our room was cozy and comfortable. There were a few "bumps in the night", but I suppose that's to be expected in a place with so much history!

Will definitely return and recommend to anyone traveling to St. Augustine.

My sister and I stayed 4 nights in this lovely historic Inn. It was tastefully designed, quiet, & centrally located I in the Historicsl part of St Augustine. There breakfast was great & served on China plates, real coffee cups and utensils. They also had to go cups for coffee & water The staff asw very knowledgeable and accomodating. I was really impressed by being able to take the trolly on / off to all the sites. They sold the tickets at Inn & could catch it 2 houses up in the block.
