Found a room for a reasonable price during spring break. The whirlpool was smaller than i expected ,but other that it was a good experience ,no complaints. Would recommend to other. Location isn't too far from the beach.

I stay in Hilton properties very regularly. This particular Hampton Inn is one of my two favorites, for sure. This particular trip, I had to waffle back and forth between a one night stay and a two night stay. I ended up having to change my mind about four times, but ended up staying the two nights. Both Christina and Angie were extremely helpful as I had to change the stay about four times. Could not have had any better customer service during this stay, and the customer service at this particular Hampton Inn is always superior. With this stay, both Xhristina and Angie went out of their way to take care of me!! I would always recommend this hotel!

We are gold members and travel a ton. We have always been overly pleased with every Hilton property thus far. This Hilton is terrible the staff are very unfriendly and not accommodating. We were told the we would be honored our upgrade by staff. The morning we woke up to move rooms Jane the manager told us that she would rather make money off the room than give us our upgrade. We have never been treated so badly! Jane is the rudest manager and should not be in that position. This is the first time we have not been honored our upgrade. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here! Rooms are terribly small.

Our location is Thomas Drive. We do not have a manager by the name of Jane. As always, you are our first concern and we are here for you.

Rooms were plain but clean and consistent with Hampton Inns. The hotel is near a fire station and there are several restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The south end of Panama City Beach isalso a walkable distance away.

So I am a diamond Hilton member so I have been to a lot of different hotels. Let me say this was the worst internet connection I have had at any Hilton brand hotel. Because I couldn't always get connected to the wifi I am sure I will be going over my data for the month which will cost me more money. I paid close to $200 for one night and I am shocked that I could not get a good internet connection. The front desk lady tried to help out as much as she could and did give me some Hilton points...but when you shell out close to $200 I expect things to be right. Also, the bathtub's wall looks as though it has had better days. Everyone was super nice, the room was clean and comfortable, but overall, for the amount of money I paid, I will not be back at this hotel
