Great place to stay. Short walk to Disney Springs which is our favorite place to be!!! Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful. Pool are is wonderful and the pool bar and restaurant was great! We have stayed at the Wyndham numerous times before and will continue to stay there.

Just stayed here two nights and I was not impressed. Granted, at $80 a night, it’s a decent deal, but our room was never as cool as we wanted, the people next door were having some kind of loud gathering into the wee hours which was SO annoying, the shower head is so low I cracked my head on it and the pressure was bad. Pool was pretty nice but our room was nothing special . Overall, I would not recommend. Also, I called no less than 5 times from Disney with a question and the phone just rang and rang and rang. Finally, someone picked up and put me on hold. After 5 minutes, I gave up. There are better options in Orlando.
Parking was a little difficult, even with lower capacity right now, but the overall stay was enjoyable. Highly recommend springing for the “Disney views” rooms so you are in the heart of the hotel and not in an exterior wing.
Great stay, clean room, beautiful pool area and honest staff. At the end of our 3 day stay We left a part of our luggage in the room. We did not realize the bag was missing until 2 days later at home. I called the hotel and the bag was located in lost and found. The luggage contained a VERY expensive handbag. The hotel offered to send the luggage to us using a 3rd party, at our expensive, which I expected. I am beyond grateful to the staff turning the bag into lost and found. Thank you so

I'm not one to leave reviews, but I thought people should know what to expect when staying at this resort. My husband and I come from Las Vegas hospitality and I was incredibly surprised to see the lack of enthusiasm, professionalism and genuine care. When my husband booked a room for this hotel he notated it was our anniversary. When we arrived we weren’t greeted with a hello, welcome to the Wyndham resorts we are so happy to have you, how can I help you this evening. No mention about dining, transportation, etc options, and no acknowledgement of our anniversary. When we checked into our room, I noticed that we were given two beds, well I thought that it didn’t make sense for us to hold onto a two bed room considering there are probably a lot of families that could utilize that room more than us. We went back downstairs and politely mentioned it was our Anniversary and if there was anything they could do we would be grateful. The agent got his manager and again no pleasantries of any kind and no mention of our Anniversary. She proceeded to say they had no king size beds available but could provide us with a queen size bed which I happily excepted. The bed size she “accommodate” us with was actually a full size bed not a queen. As we were checking out, we encountered the same, no pleasantries. Needless to stay my husband and I will probably think twice about staying at any Wyndham resort. I’m assuming people stay at this resort because of its convenience to the surrounding Disney areas, but do yourself a favor and plan ahead and make reservations at a different Disney resort because after a long day at being at the parks you’ll want a warm and comfortable place to rest your head and this place will not provide that.
