We had a beautiful 1-bdrm handicapped accessible unit facing the lake. This is a very large complex and we were in building 5 while most of the amenities are near 1 so we had to drive back and forth. The poolside restaurant is very good and prices are reasonable (not good for a rainy day). There is a reasonably priced market/cafe which is very handy. The staff was excellent friendly and professional. Downsides - The parking areas near the buildings tend to get filled up in the evening (You can park elsewhere and they will shuttle you). This was our 2nd stay here, last year there was a beautiful waterfall which was the main feature of the pool. It was damaged by a hurricane and was removed.

There was not enough parking at each building so we had to park at the clubhouse and take a shuttle to and from our building. The $25 a day resort fee covered basic activities that other resorts offer for free. The resort was clean and location was convenient.

Thank you for sharing your review with us. We're happy to hear you were able to take advantage of our convenient location. However, we are disappointed that the parking situation had a negative impact on your overall experience. We hope you enjoyed your vacation. We look forward to seeing you again in the future.

We stayed in a one bedroom unit during spring break. When we checked in there was dried blood on the bedroom door and nasty stuff on the bed skirt. Housekeeping was called and they did resolve these 2 issues. Next, the toilet runs constantly. Maintenance was called twice on this to fix and I had to place my hand in the back of the tank to fix once my self. On the second day, I found in the frige someone else’s medicine. Very disappointed. Being a Hilton reward member, we usually stay at the Sea World property. Never had these kind of issues. They also need to work on customer service. This was told to a male clerk at check out and even though apologies were offered, nothing else offered to rectify my concerns. The pools are beautiful and the grounds very well maintained. Service at restaurant is very slow. Air conditioning was either broke or they just do not use at the Market Place and Business Center. I would recommend the Sea World HGV over the Tuscany property.

Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize that your overall experience with us was so underwhelming, as this is not the service our guests have come to expect from us over the years. With this in mind, while also understanding every situation is unique, we’d welcome the opportunity to learn more about your overall experience and discuss what steps we might be able to take to restore your faith and confidence in us. If you would be kind enough to reach out to Caleb Graham, our Guest Services Manager at caleb.graham@hgv.com or on his direct line at 407.465.2672 at your convenience, he would welcome the opportunity to assist you. Again, we apologize for letting you down and look forward to hearing back from you.

Another excellent stay in the jewel of the Orlando experience. Well situated and located in proximity to the parks, malls and Disney Springs Tuscany leaves nothing to be desired. Stayed in bldg 5, which had been recently updated...beautiful!

My husband and I are mid-30s were looking for a quick trip to get out of the Ohio cold for a few days. We stayed March 25-29, 2018. We had a one bedroom in building 3. I called ahead and asked for a renovated room, a trick I learned by reading reviews on this site. Here are a few observations:
- Wonderful proximity to all of Orlando's parks and sightseeing.
- The pool is great - we liked the smaller pool which was by the pizza parlor - its quieter there. If you're looking for a more kid-friendly pool, you'll want to stay at the big pool. Get your chairs early, since it was spring break the chairs were all taken by 12pm.
-On property food is reasonable and fairly good - We also did Uber Eats and had lots of places to select from
-STAY AWAY from the Sales desk after check in. They will talk you into coming to a "60 minute" presentation. It will take 2.5 hours with travel to the offsite hotel, waiting in the breakfast area then traveling back to the hotel.
-Although the rooms are "updated" I thought they were just OK, I am high maintenance when it comes to accommodations and this room was a bit worn down for my liking.

Room Tip: Call ahead and ask for Building 1,2,3 or 4
