I've been at least three times at this hotel. Solo, family and business. So its time to review.

Its a five star for location, near the parks and a few feet from the door that gets you to the Premium outlet mall.

The place is nice, with a center lake. Food is decent and rooms are very comfortable, all with kitchen utensils. Some with full kitchens, others (studios) with a microwave and dishes.

Its a five star for the hotel complex, but a three star for a Hilton.
Being a Diamond HH member, I felt like a rookie. No late check out, no upgrades, no breakfast, only a few points and water...

And in a 10 am check out hotel is where you want your HH status be valuable... Not the case (when I called front desk asking for late check out they told me, sorry, this is a time share...). All said Members...

I and my wife were in Orlando on business and this was our first time at this resort. We are long time RCI and Hilton Honors members. We have stayed at many resorts and this was extraordinary. We were on the 6th floor in a full suite with full kitchen, washer /dryer. The rooms were spacious and next to the small pool which was delightful, quiet, and with excellent service. We stayed for four days and went to WDW on two of them. It was very close and easy get to. Though we have traveled all over the world, this staff was one of the most personable and friendly we have ever encountered . They were always with a smile and offers to assist and help at any time from the operations manager to the maintenance staff.
The availability of good food and take out at the deli and restaurant on site was a great service to have from morning to night.

There was a maintenance problem in that we discovered water leaking from the kitchen sink all over the floor. It was determined that the entire faucet needed replacing and this is quite a job ( I have done this at home!). it was dealt with swiftly and professionally. Again, the staff was outstanding in handling this situation.

We had a great time in the resort except for one small issue . There was a continually barking dog next door . This continued for three days intermittently from early morning to late evening. We complained and it was determined that the occupant reportedly had a service dog for a “disability”. Since we were out a good part of the day and we were offered to move to another suite, we tolerated it. To be clear, this was not the staff’s fault and they did the best they could, but it continued since they felt they were complying with Florida law and the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). I do not necessarily agree with the way it was handled. I will follow up directly with Mr. Caleb Graham, our Guest Operations Manager in more detail regarding this issue and Hilton policies and some constructive suggestions.

Despite this very small issue, it did not detract from our excellent time and service at the Hilton Tuscany Village Resort and we would return without any hesitation.

Room tip: Have it face inward to the center lagoon and toward the rear of the resort where there is a very quiet and smaller pool.

It has a great location, walking distance to outlet mall, close to several dining options, and 15 mins away from all major theme parks in Orlando area.
When I first check into this hotel, I had a great impression of the property. The resort is big, beautiful, and all buildings have a lake view. My room had a decent size with a small balcony with lake view and it included a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, sink, toaster and utensils.
In the first day the bathtub was clogged but the room services were very quick to fix it. In the second day nobody cleaned my room. There is no breakfast. The Wi-Fi service was good enough. The elevator seems to be old and sometimes scary. Expensive resort fee $25/day.

The rooms were amazing. Perfect location. Parking not so much.. we need more honestly. Right by the outlets. A little far out from Universal and downtown however.
And Just FYI, I-4 is a terrific nightmare, never utilize it

A spectacular resort with a staff dedicated to make your stay enjoyable...actually more fun for adults than Disney World.

From nicely appointed rooms, to a marvelous pool environment, to bistro/bar staff who go out of their way to accommodate your request, to a front desk staff willing to get family units near each other...our stay was very relaxing and a genuine pleasure.

Oh, on Mother's Day, the staff handed out roses to all the women at the pool...really classy touch!

Thank you for your kind words. To say we’re thrilled to hear you experienced such a high level of service from our entire resort operations team during your recent stay with us, is an understatement, as well as something we’ll be sure to celebrate with them during our daily stand ups around the resort. Thank you again and we hope to see you back on site soon.
