Been many times. Food is very good, close to what we've had in NM and AZ. Can get busy, but staff is very attentive.

Purposely went to this restaurant on recommendation from a friend who said it was "good authentic Mexican food at a good price." Well the prices were good but the food was mediocre. I enjoyed the salsa but that was it. The chips seemed like they may have been around for a while - not stale but not fresh. I ordered 3 enchiladas but there was too much ranchero sauce on them and it drowned out the taste of the filling. The beef enchilada seemed to be made from lousy ground beef with little taste so I didn't end up eating it all. They offer 2 for 1 beer and well margaritas all day. I tried the margarita but recommend splurging to get one made with halfway decent tequila. Good kids menu with both Mexican and American eats. Restaurant itself is ok - nothing fancy.

Generous portions. Very good quality and great taste. Service was so-so. Margaritas are 2 for 1 all day.

I've been looking for a decent Mexican restaurant ever since Aunt Chilada's on US 19 in Palm Harbor closed a few years back. A friend and I decided to try El Paso, as I've passed by a few times and figured why not!

She had a sangria, tamale and taco, I had a margarita, and the chicken taco salad. The margarita tasted like it was made from a powdered mix.. :( Her sangria was admittedly straight out of a bottle, not made there. The food really had no taste and one of their flavored hot sauces was needed! The chicken on the taco salad was right out of a can!!

Still looking for a good Mexican restaurant!

I love Mexican. However this was very disappointing. Had Carne Asada.Chewy Meat ,stringy and tough. Salsa? Yuck ,my wife is not Hispanic and makes 10 times better or eat Pace Lol.The best was cold Bud light draught .someone keeps lines clean. And the service was good. Food lousy. Don't get , nice decor, good background music. Come on guys ,fix it up.
