Used to be a brilliant carvery but no longer. We went just after Christmas for our grand daughter's birthday as it was always her favourite place. The meal was only mediocre. Put it down to being just after Christmas so gave it another try tonight, also with our grand daughter. Whoever devised he menu cannot spell. Only very limited but we found 4 spelling mistakes, the word vegetables was spelt three different ways in three lines- Not a very inspiring, professional start. Again the meal was mediocre.Veg looked as though they had been there all day and were luke warm and very watery. The meat however was nice. The bread and butter pudding was extremely sloppy and tasted as though it had been soaked in water, the custard also was watery. The Cheesecake was solid. Doubt it we will go back as none of us enjoyed it.
