Overall beautiful resort. A little overpriced for what it is. Many amenities. Things close early though (ie: water slide, poolside bar/restaurant). Could have more entertainment/activities. Food is pretty good, selection is somewhat limited and again pricey. Great location.

I can not advise more strongly to avoid this place at all costs. The decaying facilities, the horrible service, the shocking behaviour of staff (the lifeguard who was supposed to be manning the waterslide was ASLEEP on the job!) I sat down and ran through many of our issues with manager and he couldn’t even bother to call me back. (My only exception to this review was the tennis crew who were great!) Wish we had stayed anywhere else. The pictures make this place look luxury but the truth is it couldn’t be further than the truth.

staying here twice before, the resort advertise to have 2 pools, one for adult only and one main pool, we stayed here before so we knew that both pools are heated, been from Miami and in March, temperatures are still on the 70's, but since it is a heated pool we decided to choose the Resort to celebrate our 3 year old birthday, well a big disappointment! after paying very high price of more than $700 per night the adult pool was closed on the first day and worse... the main pool was not heated at all! my son could not enjoy the pool, he was shaking and crying inside the pool, the beach water was also cool, so, we could not enjoy the main reason to stay in this resort, we went to the front desk and complaint, they told us they were working on the heated system and should be working very soon, well, it never works! the next 2 days was exactly the same! no heated pool! we went 4 times to the front desk and they told us the same lie, that will be working soon, after finally complaint with the manager "Mr. Brandon Beetham" he offered us the ridiculous amount of $50.00 credit! so, we stay there for 2 nights, more than $700 per night, we weren't able to enjoy the pool at all, the main reason after all that we went there and on top of that, we get $50 credit, that is totally disrespectfully, and they just lost a loyal customer, wont visit never again and would not recommend, besides that, we couldn't even seat around the pool to eat because the amount of chairs are a joke and they were all taken on the 3 days, it is a shame for a resort like that to treat customer that way and to turn off the pool heater to save on electricity? or to lie to us the 3 times stating that it will be fixed and never got fixed, we are still on pain of all the time and money spend in there to just be seating around and just consuming at the resort with no pool and no pool for my son on his birthday! the service guys are amazing and especially one on the beach from Rumania, cant remember his name, the bar guy at the beach also amazing, a shame for this resort and for the manager Mr. Brandon Beetham to offer me $50 credit after destroying our vacation.

My family stayed here for Spring Break, and overall we were disappointed with our experience.
The hotel was extremely crowded, and the single pool (with waterslide) and chair area around it are simply insufficient for the size of the hotel. The chair reservation game is played, leading to an inability to find a chair by 10am each morning - with chairs reserved but remaining unused for the day. The hotel can and should do a better job of moving belongings that are clearly just placeholders.
The room prices were already high given the Spring Break timing, but the additional fees are just insulting. Charging a daily resort fee, and then charging a separate fee for an umbrella at the beach is outrageous. Moreover, having a daily self-park fee is just ridiculous. We ate Easter brunch at the Catch of the Pelican and the price for what was received was galling.
The rooms are a good size, but the bathrooms are showing their age and in need of a good cleaning and refresh. The hotel is saving on housekeeping by not having the rooms cleaned upon guest request only, but they need to do a better job overall when they do it.
Overall, we would definitely not return and there are much better options in the area.

Hotel was very busy during COVID and did not enforce any mask rules, other than signage. The resort was super crowded and they were not properly staffed. Long waits for EVERYTHING. I can understand the COVID restrictions for room cleaning, however to require guest to have to even request towels seems a bit much. the condition of the hotel rooms aren't great and def need a refresh. The staff was few and far between to be found. The rates were much higher than normal due to "spring break" timing and therefore were not up to par for the price.
