Description: A NAPLES ORIGINAL WATERFRONT RESTAURANT The waterside ambiance of the Dock is as compelling as its food. The Dock is a little piece of Naples’ history – in fact, for lots of locals and visitors, we’re practically part of the family. And we think that’s because we give people what Naples is all about – Bay views, great food and a laid-back attitude. Seafood has been a decades-long love affair at the Dock, an open-air restaurant overlooking Naples Bay in historic Crayton Cove at the City Dock. Here, we prepare the freshest fish with Caribbean and Latin influences; our menu also offers tasty salads and sandwiches, and tempting beef, poultry and pasta dishes, as well as innovative daily specials and a surprisingly affordable wine list.

Dockside you can see boats come and go. If you have to wait you can go out on the dock and see how the fishermen have succeeded, or book your own charter!

We love the seafood here. Oysters Rockefeller, great shrimp or your catch of the day. On the water dining in a nice casual atmosphere.

We decided to dine at The Dock at Crayton Cove because it was close to our sunset cruise location. We were seated in the garden area. Service was great!! Our server, Kelly S, knew we had limited time and was beyond accommodating in ensuring we had plenty of time to enjoy our meal. I ordered the Oak Farms grilled vegetarian dish which was excellent. Others ordered the blackened Grouper sandwich, the fish & chips, the Brown Bag Roasted Chicken & the Shrimp nachos. All were very pleased with their meals. Would return again.

Our first substandard experience here. Place was jammed (as usual), our server was visibly run down. Food was so-so. I had the lobster BLT and it tasted like it was left over from lunch. Normally very tasty. Draughts were not real cold.
C+ at best. We will give it another try next year.

Casual on the water. Noisy and crowed but in a good way. In season the wait for dinner can be long but just order a pitcher of Margarita and enjoy the wait. It is worth it. The food id great as is the service. Not white tablecloth fine dining but a nice Naples experience.

Try it for lunch. The wapitis usually shorter.

The restaurant is very dog friendly on the patio. We had to wait about 10 minutes because it was lunch time. They took us around the outside to the back patio because obviously the dog can't go through the inside restaurant. Our server immediately brought waters for us and a big bowl of ice water for our dog. Everyone that walked by said hello to our dog before asking us how everything was. Therefore the service was excellent. I had the banana pistachio crusted red snapper that was served over yucca and sweet plantains with a sauce. My description can not do it justice. It was superb. My husband had a blackened grouper sandwich that he said tasted so fresh it might have been swimming earlier in the day. The conch fritters were good but the sauce was unusual. I wasn't at all excited about the scallop ceviche. The green peppers overpowered any kind of flavor. It wasn't bad but I would not order that again.

To summarize: Outstanding service, super dog friendly, and fresh food with some outstanding and unusual flavors. Loved it.
