I honestly booked this room not expecting much, i usually stay in the Naples Hilton but this time we wanted something different. Staying with checkin in, the man was extreamly friendly and made me feel welcomed. My room was clean, well appointed, and these bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked great. My only complaint was the soap in there bathroom, it is horrible, but that's not a disaster. The pool was large and clean, with barbecue area and cabanas. My wife and i had a wonderful time and we decided that we are done with the Naples Hilton, whose pool was small and cold, and from now on we'r wil be coming here.

This trip was just me and my daughter bonding time after dropping my dad off in Tampa. Yes I drove three hours because I love Naples and this is by far the best Red Roof in the company’s portfolio. It’s a very clean and comfortable place and now it’s all new. The rooms are modern and in great shape. I recommend paying a little more and getting a suite because they have a full kitchen and spacious. Perfect for a family vacation. The location is 5 minutes from the beach and some of the best shopping in FL.
YOU HAVE TO GO TO THIS PROPERTY!!

I stayed in Naples for a work conference Feb 23-Feb 29, 2020. I only had a certain budget provided to me from my employer so I had to be mindful of cost. I opted for Red Roof Inn, as it was not on the higher end but also not on the lower end.

Immediately upon checking in, I was highly disappointed. Below is a list of things I consider "normal" provisions in hotels. This is also a list of things that WERE NOT IN THE ROOM OR ON PROPERTY:

1) no writing paper/pen
2) no iron/ironing board
3) no hairdryer
4) no make up mirror
5) no water dispenser (had to purchase from vending machine each time)
6) no gym
7) no extra blankets
8) no coffee maker

Additionally, other highly disappointing things included:

1) very low water pressure in shower, also took a long time to warm up
2) very low water pressure in toilet (to the point would require flushing more than once)
3) only two towels (traveled with my husband and the room was very humid so the towels would not dry from using in evening to using the next morning so we had no back up towels)
4) there were two decent sized, obvious HOLES in the thin comforter on the bed... i did not report as I wanted to see if house keeping would notice and change... which they never did... have pictures...
5) lastly, and most grossly, there were two boogers (one on bathroom wall and the other on the chair-have pictures)

The only positive is that the pool was half way decent, heated and that the environment was quiet.

Chris and Maria at the front desk were extremely helpful and nice. Check in was quick and easy. Chris always greeted us with a smile and very graciously accommodating anytime we needed something. Beautiful pool and hot tub were well maintained. Spent a few days a the pool.
