I ended up staying at casa victoria after my boyfriend's birthday plans went left when we missed our original flight. We originally where supposed to be staying at their sister hotel called hotel ocean. However, they switched us here since due to the flight our days changed and rooms were unavailable. Although, at first i was disappointed it ended up being the best place for us! while arriving to the hotel our room was not yet ready so we quickly changed in the bathroom while waiting. The front desk is in an outside area where they have fruit, water, towels for the beach, and coffee. I told the older Spanish woman at the desk about us missing our flight and that it was my boyfriends birthday and she gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne which was perfect because he loves champagne! The hotel went perfect with the Spain themed street, having been painted a colorful pink. The strip it's on is by a ton of restaurants, so much so you won't even need to leave the street if you choose not to. At night it is beautifully lit with lights of different colors and looks beautiful ( perfect for photo ops) It is literally in walking distance of EVERYTHING! 2 blocks away from the beach , Washington ave, Ocean dr, and walking distance to lincoln for shopping. The rooms are clean and decently decorated. They have a microwave, fridge, and sink. The showers are nice. Only cons of this trip was the key card wasn't working so we needed a staff member to let us in each time we left, the beds are a little hard, and you can hear everything in the hotel ( so if your neighbor is noisey.. goodluck). Outside of that we loved our stay and I would definitely recommend staying if you'd like nice, cost efficient stay literally by everything! OH ! and they have bikes you can ride up to 2 hours each day to explore the city. We will definitely come back again!More
