I booked a Gilt City with a friend for a 3 hr cooking class on a saturday. It was great! We started with a glass of wine and checking in. Then we learned to make pasta and tiramisu. We had fun with rolling out the pasta and literally stretching it out across the room. Igor is the chef and he's great. Legit Italian and does not mess around, he's serious about cooking and if you are just there to drink and not pay attention then don't bother. We ended with a nice pasta meal outside on the patio and another glass of wine. It was a hot day so dress light if its summer. I can't wait to go back and try out the restaurant for dinner. The menu looks great.
