Stay away. Has no front entrance. Enter thru dirty garage have to push luggage up ramps uneven it falls off. No hotel staff visible. Have go 2nd floor to lobby where staff rude unhelpful. Room was next elevator requested away from when booking.feathers in room. Requested at booking hypoallergenic. Elevators broke. Every time go in and out thru lower dirty garage and hope u don't get run over. Very bad for cruise ship passengers as hard to get in and out and no staff to direct or help. Carts for luggage u have to push uphill to an elevator. Area is hot and dirty. Not good for anyone or any age to deal with all this. Way overpriced. Stay somewhere with a front drive up entrance. To unload etc and easily go in and out.

Awesome place with good atmosphere. The only real downside is that the pool is pretty small. And the 1 bedroom king sweet is separate from the living room kitchen area but not by a door so you are not 100% private if someone is staying in the living room(not really a huge deal). Other than that the breakfast is pretty awesome most days and the staff are super friendly as well. But to mention that there is a little snack store in the lobby!

This hotel is just so amazing. I cannot give this hotel nothing but 5 star rating. we checked in here back in November after our cruise for 1 night. as soon as you walk in the lobby you cant help but be amazed at how nice their lobby is. my room was as big as a suite with kitchen included and the most gorgeous view of downtown Miami. room was very clean and neat. front desk staff was very professional and attentive. I cant wait to go back to this hotel. thanks for everything.

We stayed for 4 nights after our cruise. Most of the staff were fabulous & friendly. No info about the local area was offered though & we had to keep asking for maps & stuff. The room was very spacious & clean but only looked out on a brick wall. Housekeeping was great the first day then after that they didn't get to our room until 5pm &, by then, we were back in the room so she only gave us fresh towels - no cleaning done except emptying the bins. So that was a bit of a let down. Perhaps the hotel should employ extra housekeeping staff to cater for all the rooms being done. The breakfast was good & changed each day although, one day, we had plastic knives & forks. Location of the hotel was good & we could walk to the metromover (about 10 minutes) a supermarket (about 5 minutes) & also into town (about 30 minutes). Easy enough to get a Uber, I see here on TA that someone said there was a free shuttle to the airport but it was not mentioned to us when I asked about an Uber to the airport???? All in all, a good stay & I would stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for one with a view - not a brick wall.

Cruised out of Port Miami. There were 6 of us that stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and split the cost. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Had a small kitchen with morning amenities. Had continential breakfast included. We bought package deal to leave car for a week while we cruised. We were given vouchers for transport to and from the port. They were on time to pick us up at cruise terminal and bring us back to hotel to get our car. The hotel employees were all very nice and attentive to our needs. I would confidently recommend this hotel!
