This place is heaven. It is a two story high group of two bedroom two bath apartments right ont he beach. It is perfect if you want space, privacy and a feeling that you are staying in a home rather than a large hotel with common areas. You walk out of your apartment and walk right onto the beach. This area of the beach is excellent in that you have the Marriott nearby if you want to eat or drink. The Hilton is also nearby and had excellent dining options. You an also walk to a shopping center with restaurants, movie theater, and shops. The hotel has a large pool and whirlpool, tennis court, and a large clubhouse which you can use at any time without any additional charge. There are also excellent gas grills available by the beautiful pool area should you want to grill.

The staff is exceptionally helpful and will call you the day after you arrive to ensure any kinks or complaints are promptly resolved. There is no room service which is excellent in terms of privacy. You can exchange your towels twice during the week. Beach towels are also provided should you need them.

The hotel is only two floors but no elevator to the second floor. Even the first floor requires climbing some stairs so be warned. If there are any elderly persons or you need wheel chair access, this may not be the place for you.

The apartments are well kept and clean. We have stayed here for nearly 20 years twice a year and love coming back. As things wear down, they are replaced. Just recently all the apartments were completely redone. If you are looking for a time share, this place is an excellent investment if you like the beach and if you like Marco Island. The property is exceptionally well maintained and the service is perfect.

We have stayed in other placed on Marco Island and always end up coming back to Club Regency. It is a great place for a large family reunion in that each family group can obtain their own two bedroom unit and gather int he club house or on the beach.

In terms of sleeping beds, there is a king size bed in the masterbedroom with its own bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a queen pull out sofa in the living room. The apartments are not large but are sufficient for a family of four.

Room Tip: Building E is the best one as it is the only one that is completely ocean front.

This place is a gem! Apart from the rather noisy aircon system there is absolutely nothing to complain about. We've been here twice in the past three years and love it. Superb accommodations, quiet location, great pool, friendly staff. We are two very happy Hilton Grand Vacation Club members :-)

The Club Regency is a small resort complex nestled amongst many larger resort hotel developments. It's simple and comfortable. What it lacks in luxury it makes up for in privacy, comfort and location.

Because it is a smaller property, it is never crowded, which is great.

Pros: Large and clean spaces, perfect proximity to beach, community style environment, nice pool, hot tub, access to BBQ's, tennis court, basketball nets, shelling station...

Cons: Beach chairs and umbrellas are only available by rental, not very many cafés or restaurants within walking distance (a quick drive), morning coffee means a drive to Starbucks

Note: the Beach is littered with shells so it's hard on your feet, bring appropriate beach footwear. E building has the beachfront view, try to get it!

We just bought into this Hilton time share and are staying for the first time in 2015. Long time friends have owned here for 25+ years, which influenced our decision to buy. They have been happy with continuous upgrades, upkeep and location. Only two stories to this property so it is not crowded and is very quiet. Our 2 bedroom/ 2 full bath unit faces the gulf and has a wonderful view. Kitchens and baths are updated and the kitchen is stocked with EVERYTHING you need, including a nice bar area with glasses and a blender. Very nice screened porch so you can hear the waves and seagulls. And there's an amazing view of the gulf and Marco sunsets. High quality outdoor grills are provided and located by the pool area...they are cleaned daily and have clean grilling utensils for each grill. Very nice quality linens are provided, including beach towels. There are no washers and dryers in the unit but a single coin operated washer and dryer is shared by 4 units. We didn't have any problem using it when we wanted to do so. The unit is "turn key"...just bring your clothes, get some groceries and beverages and you are all set for a wonderful vacation. You can rent 2 padded lounge chaises and an umbrella for the week for $116 (includes tax) through a vendor at the beach. Grocery stores are located nearby and lots of great places to walk. This complex is just 4 doors down from the Marriott resort so a wonderful location on Marco. If you need anything at all, the staff is very friendly & responsive. Make sure and pack beach shoes as the shells can be a bit hard on the feet.

Room Tip: The gulf view is worth it! But the pool view is nice too.

This small 32 unit timeshare is a jewel. The staff is friendly and helpful, and you feel like you're coming home every year when you arrive and meet old friends. Owners and guests meet every evening to greet friends and watch the beautiful sunset.

Room Tip: Building E is gulf front, others face the pool.
