Loved this property, and can't wait to come back. It was exactly what I wanted. Front desk and breakfast staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was much better than I anticipated, and you can eat inside or outside, both overlooking the water. I absolutely love the Old Florida feel of the property. The waterfront area is varied and relaxing. Hammocks everywhere. Pool area was very nice. I had a small queen room with porch and sitting area. It was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Also, Kiki's tiki restaurant was just up the street. Kiki's was classic Old Florida again, and the drinks and food were great. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Perfect location on the Big Pine Channel in Little Torch Key. Our 3 rooms were comfortable for our family of 12. All were well suited for our needs. We took advantage of the amenities and everyone enjoyed the pool, kayaks, and paddle boards. No bugs were seen in the room but bring bug spray for the No-Seeums and the mosquitoes outside! The rooms were CLEAN. Continental breakfast was more than adequate. Not high end with a Florida Keys vibe. Our family has stayed here multiple times over the decades and it has always been the place to stay in the Big Pine Area.

Stayed only for one night, but found the place to be very clean, and the people to be extremely friendly! Located right on the water, with beautiful views and even a small beach. Would definitely stop here again.
