This private resort style marina is super cute with a it’s ownprivate beach . We went kayaking and enjoyed the pool , right on the water’s edge. There’s a bbq pit and a huge hammock. We really took advantage of this lovely quiet stay in Marathon. You can watch the sunset right on the private dock or stare at the stairs in the swing. Over all if you’re looking to relax and enjoy some quality time, then this is your spot! The grounds are very clean modern and well kept!

Well over expectations. It turned out to be a hidden jem. Rooms were cozy but not anything special. However The yard and surroundings was super great! I do very much recommend it! Lovely staff!
It was on seaside but to go for a swim or bath I recommend Sombrero beach which was great!
Where to begin? I have been coming to the Seascape since 2010 and it has been a quaint oasis tucked away in Marathon Key Fl. I love it so much that I drive down from Naples ever few weekends in the off season just to get away from the huslte and bustle of Naples. This place has it all! Quaint beachy rooms (many with fantastic views) a pool just off the ocean, plant and animals all around and an award winning staff. There is never a time that I do not have a need that is not accomodated with a chearful smile. If you want adventure off the beaten path ( paddle boards, kayaks, fishing) and some great restaurants nearby...come to the Seascape. You will not be dissapointed.
Such a perfect little vacation resort. The staff are super friendly, views are amazing and the rooms are comfortable. They have a pool, beach, boat docks that make for a great place to sit in the evenings, paddle boards, kayaks and bikes! We even fished off the dock and caught some dinner! We’ve been multiple times now and will only book here!
We took a family trip to the Keys and were so glad to find this hidden gem. After a week in Orlando doing hotels and theme parks with three young adults, this was a great spot to relax and enjoy the keys. The staff was amazing. Andie at the front desk was super helpful and had great recommendations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious, and had a beachy décor. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. There were lots of spots to sit and relax. The pool was a great place to end the day, with an amazing view right by the ocean. We used the free kayaks and beach gear. We often felt like we were the only guests even though all units were booked. It was the perfect location in the middle keys to take day trips to Key West and Key Largo. Book early because it fills up fast. I would definitely go back and highly recommend the Seascape!!
Cute beach house feel in a quiet laid back location. The unit we had was spacious, comfortable and well kept. The kitchen facilities in unit were old but functioning. Loved the pool area. Due to seagrass we could not access beach, ocean or paddle boards not Seascapes fault. The only issue was very old sagging beds. Marathon lacks a lot to do so a shorter stay might be better.
