Nice restaurant right next to the local Publix. Had never been here before an the server recommended the Paisano rolls. Yeast rolls with Italian dressing poured over the top used for dipping and Romano or Parmesan cheese sprinkled all over. Hubby ordered the medium veggie pizza with pepperoni. I ordered the Italian sausage calzone. He said pizza was good. And my calzone was very tasty. Packed full of toppings. Service was very good. Price was pretty good for the amount of food. Will go back again.

Found this restaurant on TripAdvisor looking for pasta in the Gainesville area. It ended up being right down the street from our hotel. This location is in a strip center next to a Publix. We were greeted warmly when we walked in and had a great experience here. Service was excellent in all areas and the food quality was outstanding. We had pastas and a calzones and they were all very good. We ended up also taking a bunch home as well. The Piesanos rolls they offered came with the meal and were tasty and unique. The menu is very large with a wide array of options and pricing is very reasonable. We just loved this place. Wish we had one of these back in Atlanta!

I have been 3 times so far. First time was the best. Also found that it depends on how you order. Good salads but they can improve on putting ingredients, meaning they need
proportionately include items in salad as it says in Menu. There complimentary rolls are good.Service was good. Place generally stays busy. Avoid extremely busy period if you
don't want to wait long.

First time to Piesano's, the food was amazing! Ordered Eggplant Parmesan that tasted like home. The rolls that they place on the table could definitely be your entire meal. I loved that the location was quiet. This made the seating inside also quiet for easy conversations. I will positively be going back!!

Saw the reviews and decided to visit this restaurant. I am not familiar with the area and had a little trouble finding it (Its next to a Publix). Good pizza, friendly and attentive service. The fired ravioli are crispy and tasty. Will be back.
