Cory and Blake in food services are amazingly accommodating. If you want to know the best local food places to visit, chat with Cory. Blake is exceptional at continuing to be polite and personable even when the line is stretching tremendously. We need more hospitality members like them.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The vibe and the view is amazing. I definitely recommend coming when it’s a bit warmer. The staff were available when I had questions and also checked in to make sure all my needs were met.

We stayed 1 night.. [Thank God] only because we were on our way to Naples, Fl. We checked in late evening and realized around 1100pm we had not 1 roll of toilet paper. We called the front desk and the man stated, they do not have service at that time. Fine! We ran down to get a roll of tp. When they state your room is ready...what does that exactly mean? The bathroom door is a joke, with windows and bright lights shining through in the middle of the night. My husband cut his finger on the bathroom mirror grabbing a tissue...[only 3 left in the box] the corner of the mirror was chipped. Arriving at night not aware of parking, they charged $32/night for parking!! The location was awesome, but Hilton you have failed miserably!!

I stayed at the Hilton Marina from Thursday 1/21 to Sunday 1/24. I was given room 529 in which we were in there for about an hour before we noticed a huge cockroach on the bathroom wall. We called downstairs, they sent up a maintenance worker who noticed the roach, killed it and offered us another room which we did accept. We moved to 729 and there the toliet wouldn’t stop flushing on its own. Called down again and they sent maintenance who couldn’t fix the toliet........at this point I am ready to change hotels.......they sent someone else up the next day who fixed it and they offered us 2 free drinks.......overall this stay was HORRIBLE! I always opt to stay at Hilton because of what the brand represents, however, I definitely will change moving forward........ I was extremely disappointed and will also be calling Hilton corporate office......unacceptable!

Stayed for 8 nights, but even when I requested my room to be cleaned every other day they only cleaned it once. Bad attitude by some of the staff members at the front desk. One of the elevators broke down and wasn’t fixed for several days. The beds were so worn out that they were extremely uncomfortable. Location is great and the view from my balcony was awesome. They need to change beds and work on their customer service and the hotel would be perfect.
