We stayed here for a week March 25th - April 1st. Our stay was unfortunately not that awesome. Our room was canceled 4 days prior to check in. The manager was as helpful as he could be but we were out in a room that was in the middle of a renovation. The pull out sofa had milk crates under the cushions instead of a hideaway bed, no towels, the toilet in one of the bathrooms in our room broke and took 4 days for someone to come up and fix it, the staff would have “screaming” fight matches in front of customers, the rollaway beds had broken springs. The stay was very uncomfortable. We had heard such high reviews on this place and sadly didn’t meet expectations.
The closeness of the beach, grocery store, restaurants and pharmacy was amazing.
The food at the Tiki Hut was average. The do have happy hour and I suggest it before ordering full meals as the food isn’t great but it is very overpriced.
This hotel really needs an overhaul on employees, rooms, toiletries, laundry and service. More
