Brian made sure even on what was a very busy day that everyone around the pool was taken care of. I usually find this level of service at the highest resorts in the world. This was a great trip even during springbreak because of his service.

Brian Brown was always extremely kind and courteous to us every time we were where he was working. He always went over and beyond to accommodate our entire family and making sure we were doing great. We are from Chicago and have never seen such a genuinely caring person as Brian. He is one of a kind and made our stay that much better! Thank you very much Brian Brown!

I wrote about wrong staff from wrong hotel- LULU was sooo helpful and friendly and helped us out with anything we needed. She made a perfect stay even better. Our room was absolutely beautiful and cannot wait to come back!!! T
This hotel deserves 20 stars all around in every catagory.
(I can’t go backward, the beginning of survey I was writing about our next stay at a marriot) Nothing can compare to the Pelican , we will be back often as we loved all of it!! And thank you LuLu for always smiling and all of your patience and hard work.

We had a wonderful week in Florida on vacation. Location of this resort can not be beat. It's right on the beach, and you don't have to walk across the street to get to the beach. We especially liked service from Jeff in the Ocean 2K restaurant, and Brian Brown at the beach/pool. They worked really hard to get us beach chairs and towels. It was pretty full when we were there on spring break - so get your chairs reserved early in the morning for your day at the pool or the beach. Friendly staff, best location, and amazing rooms! Definitely would go back again.

Hard to experience "resort life" in the states once you've visited a Sandals. There is no comparison. I booked a deal that waived my daily resort fee- otherwise there would have been no reason for me to pay an extra $100 a day for "resort services" that we didn't really receive. Beach and pool service are frustrating. People line up early in the morning to claim chairs and towels that they don't use until hours later. I sat on the beach from 9-12 with no towel because they were "out"... but there were plenty lined up on the reserved chairs that were still empty when I left. Price for Valet service seems shocking at first- but its worth every penney. They have that process hammered out and Harper was great to us all week! Room was beautiful, but no microwave. When you're staying a week with kids and eating out every meal - would be nice to have a microwave to heat up leftovers. We through out so much food... overall it was a nice place to stay, happy to leave positive review, but not motivated to return.
