The salmon is wonderful. Owner does the cooking. We were here several years ago & bought bucket of blueberries. II talked to owner & told her we'd been here several years ago & asked if they had any berries we could buy. She didn't have any but brought a bowl to our table. Yummy! Her husband showed up a couple minutes later & sat down to talk with us. Nice casual atmosphere. Not fancy, plastic silverware & plates but great food.

This is a typical small winery/restaurant/event location/gift shop. It is one of many in central Florida. Their hook is blueberry wine, which turned out to be disappointing. After trying a glass of the wine, we decided to cut our losses, and not stay for lunch.

I can't actually review the food or beverages of the True Blue Winery because we couldn't get seated or even acknowledged. We walked out after waiting at the door, then walking around. The waitress never even looked at us and the man behind the bar looked at us, but didn't even nod. There were only about 10 customers in the place; no reason someone couldn't nod and say "we'll be with you in a moment".

Nice mom and pop winery with a limited food menu. Most of the wines are sweet but they do have a few dry wines. Owners try real hard to please the guests. When we went they only had one other person working, so they were hustling to take care of everyone. It's a great place to take a drive and spend an afternoon drinking wine if you're not in a big hurry. Sit outside if the weather is nice.

The wine samples came in tiny plastic cups like you were using them for mouthwash, so it was probably my least favorite wine tasting experience ever and most of the wine was just ok. They atmosphere is fun, it is a large building inside with tables and it is cosy feeling in there the roof is tin and we were there for a rain storm so it was noticeable on the roof, but I like that kind of thing. The outside had a pretty seating area and a wood fire grill that we would have sat except for the rain. We all had dinner which I would say was mixed reviews on value for money and taste. They had a spaghetti special that was a very good price and tasty and the pizzas were very good, but way too expensive I think. I have not been in awhile so I would try it again since it is something different then the usual chain restaurant.
