I was part of a group of 15 people dining here. It is their policy not to seat anyone until the entire party arrives and then not to sit anyone else who arrives after you have been seated.
We had a wonderful waitress - Caitlin - who was very attentive and accurate.
We had a large variety of meals from scallops, stuffed sole, salads, lobster sandwiches, etc, all reported to be excellent. I opted for the clam chowder, fried clam strips and french fries. The plate was so mounded with food that it was literally hanging off the plate. Unfortunately, it was completely cold when I got it. Given that they were trying to get get 15 meals out at the same time (plus we weren't the only large group there this evening) and that I was the last one in my group to be served, I was forgiving of it. There was so much food that I'll be having most of it as leftovers and it will be warm then.
You won't go away hungry. Nine of the 15 brought home leftovers. My meal with a drink was only $20.
Conveniently located 1/2 a mile west of I-91 exit 45 at the junction of Rte 140 and 510 (Main St.) Not super fancy but a nice place for special dinners. Dinner meals range in price from $10 - $40 and lunches $7 - $19
