We wanted to take a break from skiing and this was an awesome experience. Lots of fun with kids on the back, great views. 2 hours was perfect for us but maybe 3 hour adventure tour next time. We were early and they accommodated us by taking us out early. Super nice. Gave military discount too! Highly recommend.

Not the most inventive title, but it’s what we all said when we were done...

We were staying in Breck and not skiing. (2 of us would have, but the other 4 weren’t interested in the slopes...). We had planned to snow mobile with another outfit. But this place listed snow tubing as another option, so I gave them a call. I’m so glad I did!

We were a group of never snow mobiled beforers, with my hubby and I and kiddos ages 11, 13, 16 and 17. We went with the scenic tour for 2 hours.

Our guide, Steve, was incredible! He talked a lot about safety, which we all needed! He took us to a practice track to get used to the feel, and just that was fun! The actual tour was soooo beautiful! It was made even more AWESOME by the heavy snow that was falling! There were mountains all around us, but it was snowing so hard, we didn’t care that we didn’t see them!

The trail was well cleared. Easy to ride. The machines were in good condition and had heated handlebars, so that made the whole trip that much more comfortable!

Again, safety was a high priority, so this wasn’t a go out and race around sort of tour- usually we were going about 10-15 mph, and that was set by the comfort level of our group. But we did get to go out to a lovely field and let it rip! The fresh snow, mad it feel like we were the first to ever touch this field! So much fun!

You know it’s a good trip when you give your guide a nice gratuity, but also a hug and kiss on the cheek for such a good time and keeping everyone happy and safe!

There where 5 of us, 2 adults, our college age kids and our 10 year old on this adventure. From the beginning of the service where we spoke to Katie on the phone to ask questions and to book to the end of the tour with Tyler everything was awesome! We had a little bump in the road with another family on our tour that was less experienced and we had to wait for about 45 min for them to get up to speed. Although we were worried we were wasting our tour time, we made the best of it taking in the beautiful scenery and playing in the snow... However, Tyler and Spencer made it up to us over and beyond and even extended the tour so we could go on more trail rides. They really did a great job at recovering what could of been a frustrating experience and making it awesome! The experience is worth every penny and we made some amazing family memories... and the views from the mountain are just breathtaking. After reading some reviews I would say that if you have never driven a four wheeler, jet ski or any other type of recreational toy then you might need to make sure you are on the scenic tour and even consider a private tour. These guides are doing their best to accommodate everyone on the tour but if you can’t handle the snowmobile or are going to slow everyone else down then that is a problem too and also dangerous. Just know your families limitations and take it into consideration so you make sure you have the best time possible and give the guides the opportunity to make it work for your skill level. You can be a beginner and they can teach your but they can’t control the snow... and yes there are going to be bumpy and muddy spots when it’s not as snowy. You are booking a snowmobile adventure ... not a kiddie ride at the fair. Manage your expectations... the guides can’t drive the equipment for you! But if you are looking for a great time and a truly special experience then this is where it is at! We will definitely be back!!!

We were on family ski vacation. HCT picked us up in Keystone and brought us to their facility. We were appropriately dressed in ski clothes for the freezing temps but they would have been able to outfit us if we did not have the proper gear. Never judge a book by its cover they say. HCT is off the beaten path in an old trailer but their equipment is top notch. The snowmobiles are meticulously maintained and all new. Dave was our shuttle driver and guide on the trip. He was outstanding. Very astute and cautious. We took the 2 hour action tour on 2 snowmobiles. Each of our children rode with us and our son, when we got to the spectacular top at 12,800 feet altitude was in pain from his hands being completely frozen. Dave immediately came to his rescue - he noticed his gloves were soaking wet on the inside from sweating however that was freezing his hands at the same time. He immediately took out a pair of his gloves and we added hand warmers to them and he waited a few minutes to continue the tour until he was settled and defrosted. He saved the trip and really made a 10yr old happy and enjoy the rest of his trip. Our only experience was with Dave and I can assure you that HCT is partly successful because of him. We HIGHLY recommend HCT!!!

So being from the Deep South I haven’t done much in the way of snow sports. I’ve tried skiing and snowboarding on this trip and those haven’t gone well! But he snowmobile adventure was a blast. You get to ride through the countryside and see the history and some of the wildlife. Jon is an amazing tour guide and above all and all-around great person. This is a must tour for anyone new to snowboarding or someone just wants to get out of the comfort sound and have fun in the mountains in the snow.
