Pretty average chain restaurant. Rather than serving meats directly from an onsite smoker, you could tell the brisket and the ribs were reheated leftovers. Ditto the side dishes. My brisket arrived drenched in water, which not only washed out all smoky goodness and any hint of spice rub, but which also drenched the bottom of my cornbread, suggesting it had most likely been reheated on a griddle with a splash of water and covered with a dome. Also, my ribs were refrigerator cold near the bone, clearly not freshly cooked onsite. The side dishes were for the most part tasty, except the corn casserole which was - you guessed it - refrigerator cold in the middle. The waitstaff was attentive and quick to replace the brisket with another reheated rib, so an extra star for them!
