We visited over Memorial Day weekend based on Trip Advisor reviews. It was a nice little spot with good service and a clean atmosphere. Their menu offers just about anything you could possibly want for brunch. I had the veggie Benedict and my companion had the strawberry banana pancakes. Coffee was pretty good. The neatest thing for is was the contactless payment system via a QR code. Very neat!

Love breakfast here, American and Mexican American classics with some fun creative twists ( try the chorizo spinach waffles). Great service, modern casual atmosphere, and some outdoor seating for these pandemic times. Don't miss the bakery offerings, which include excellent macarons! Looking forward to trying dishes from the expanded lunch and dinner menu.

I ordered a short stack of pancakes, it came with 2 syrups and butter. The pancakes were so fluffy, so light and the taste was amazing. I have never ate here before, so this was a very surprising find.

Thank you, Pistachios!

My friend and I were on our way to Estes Park, and wanted breakfast. Perkins’ dine-in was unfortunately closed, so Pistachios was the next one on our recommended list. We ordered berry French toast, and a stack of pancakes. Both orders - were so fluffy and so perfectly made, and the berries on the French toast (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, and jelly!) were fresh and sweet. We both ended up going in and giving them compliments and a tip.

Absolutely incredible.

We order breakfast from this cafe based only on ratings and we were not disappointed. They answered the phone quickly, meals were ready in 10 - 15 minutes, and was delicious. The meals were warm when we got home, nice sized portions, and we ate it all. Highly recommend. Highly delicious. We will be back soon.
