My son and I recently stayed at the Cambria Hotel in Fort Collins for a baseball tournament. The customer service was outstanding. From the front desk crew to the breakfast staff, to the bartender, to housekeeping, everyone was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay great. We ended up leaving the tournament a day earlier than expected, and the hotel was kind enough to not charge us for the final night, even though we left at 2 pm. Our room was updated and spotless. The gym has top-notch equipment. The neighborhood has plenty of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Kudos to the management for creating what is clearly a very healthy culture at the Cambria.

The staff at Cambria is awesome! They understand the meaning of Customer Service. We stayed a week and they cleaned our room each day no matter how late we left the hotel. Many other hotel we stayed do not clean unless they can clean early.

The Hotel was always clean, the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The bar was great.

Scott, the GM, was always checking to confirm we had no problem or issues. It was an AWESOME experience! We will be staying here each time we return to Ft Collins.

Have stayed at this property multiple times over the past few years. Never disappointing!!! Food is great and bar is as well. Nice hot breakfast too!!! The hotel is near restaurants and bars as well as about 8 min from downtown. Aaron and Elizabeth at the front desk are very helpful and always have a smile. Scott the GM is also helpful and maintains a great property. Rooms are cozy, large and the beds are just amazing. Thank you guys again!!!

This hotel is outstanding. The whole property is clean and well kept. Our room was very nice and quiet, and we had everything we needed to keep our family comfortable for two nights. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Emily, especially, was great. She got us all situated to make great use of the sofa bed, and she even called us on our way home to let us know we’d left a phone charger and she’d be mailing it to us. We’ll be staying here again!

The hotel appears fairly new. Rooms are clean and very large with a separate sitting area. Beds were comfortable. We booked this hotel because we were wanting a hotel that did not allow dogs due to allergies. 5 minutes after checking in, we hear the very loud barking of a dog in a room very close to ours. After several minutes, we approached the front desk. Front desk staff was very apologetic and explained that they are not allowed to turn away service dogs. They moved us to a new room on a different floor and offered us a complimentary breakfast. The hotel just had an overall odd feel to it. So, while our complaints were handled appropriately, this just was not a comfortable stay for me. Also, not very conveniently located in my opinion. I don't think I would stay again.
