Visited for business. Lovely room but couple of things in it didn’t work well. Electric plugs very hit and miss. Tried to have dinner at 21.35 and were told no chefs available as they stopped serving at 21.30 but that we could eat ‘a la carte’ from the cafe, cooked by? Yep the same chefs! Food not great and the staff were not very responsive or quick to clear away, had to ask them to clear the table. So overall disappointingly not a great stay.

Parking guard was very rude to us .. dismissive even. We tried to speak to the manager but wasn't avail... left room number but never got a call back. Even after writing an email to outline the events to this day still nothing.

This is not a good family hotel unless you want to expose yourself to your children during showers. I raised my concerns about the open bathroom concept with the management whom appeared not interested in my concerns. All they would say is this was the uniqueness of their design. They did finally hang a sheet up covering the open slats.

Clean and excellent. Wifi is poor if you are there for business, during my conference calls it automatically cut off. When I ordered room service they brought the wrong order. Everything else is ok. I am not sure why there is a limit on 200 letters before my input is accepted.

Room Tip: Replenish your lotion and soap.

Good
-Service on the restaurant is impressive..
-The total design of the property is nice. Huge hallways, nice size of room, they have a strict security which is good and they take safety seriously.
-kids friendly
-the room was clean (nice lighting)
-nice bed and pillows(except linens)

Part which they need improvement
-cleanliness for restaurant needs improvement. Plates,forks, and glasses during dinner and breakfast were not clean, I needed to flush some hot water and wipe it.
-it would be better if they use fresh seafood.
-the housekeeping needs training for handling linens.

I based my expectations on the price and compared it to other hotels...
