Upon entering the lobby of the hotel the guards and concierge will greet you with smile on their faces, they were very attentive and kind.
We stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights and we have celebrated the NYE there as well.
The service you will get from them is beyond impressive!
My family and I had our breakfast at the Q Lounge for 3 consecutive days and their exceptional service is very consistent. Darriene with his smiling eyes greets you a great morning upon entering, Email and Clarence makes sure you get all you need and want from the breakfast buffet. The food were good and sumptuous, they change their breakfast menu everyday so you won't get the feeling of jadedness. The chefs at the egg station were very approachable as well, kudos to Chef Jher, Chef Ej and Chef Bryan!
We also had our dinner at the Charley's. You have to taste their Four Cheese pizza it was so good I cant describe enough. You also have to try the grilled meat and seafood straight from the caveman's pit. I would like to commend Jian for her exceptional service and for giving us a VIP treatment.
The New Year's Eve was a blast and phenomenon! The band and entertainer they hired were so good. Totally entertaining and the their voices, wow!
The dinner buffet was splendid, the food were flavorful and savory. All the chefs that night were very much approachable too and considerate. Thank you!
Their family pool were nice as well. They have set up a mini playground beside the pool, my daughter really enjoyed playing there, she wants to go back soon. The pool attendants were very courteous and helpful too.
I haven't tried their gym but will definitely do gym the next time I visit the place. The gym was fully equipped, very clean and well maintained.
The room was spacious enough for a family of four. They have an extra bed set up for my daughter and niece. Although during our stay there was a leakage inside the bathroom area it was immediately fixed by their staff from engineering department. The housekeeping team were also attentive, well groomed and organized. They made sure our room were well sanitized and clean every day during our stay.
Just a heads up though, their toilets don't have bidet. I wish they will work on it soon. It's kinda hard to use the toilet without bidet.
But overall, in spite and despite of the unfortunate event of having leakage and not having bidet, it's actually nothing compared to the exceptional service their staffs have given us. They were all professional and guest oriented. All staffs greet you with their smiling eyes. Even if they are wearing masks, you can still see their beautiful smiles thru their eyes, thru their greetings and thru their actions and services.
Thank you Quest Hotel Clark for the best staycation experience we had so far since pandemic started. Thank you for making my daughter happy. By the way, she loves your bed so much!!!
