Definitely going for the classy market, with chef specials like barramundi with lentils & asparagus, tomato-lobster bisque etc. But one of our group had steak and potatoes and was very pleased. Wine list appears to be main source of income, so plan accordingly. We were there about 6:15 on a Friday and were very glad we had a reservation.

We went here for restaurant week and it was probably one of the best meals we've had for a while. Every course was delicious and the wine was paired perfectly. The portions are a good size for an upscale restaurant and you wont be leaving hungry. The beef filet is probably one of the best pieces of meat I've had in the last 2-3 years. I would highly recommend this place.

Everything was outstanding. There were eight of us. The service was most exceptional. I had chicken, and others had steak and seafood. Salads arrived crisp and cold. A cheese-covered hard cracker was exquisite. The sommelier was most helpful. We will return when next in Boulder.

This restaurant seems to be trapped in the 1970s.The decor, ambiance, and cuisine are very dated. The food is prepared well but is simply boring. The wine list is extensive...but very expensive, with few moderate priced choices.

The chef has just opened a new restaurant in Denver, which may have caused him to take his eye off the ball in Boulder. Let's hope that the new restaurant stimulates him to reinvent his cuisine and his Boulder restaurant, too.
