We are a couple, but had to rent the large family cabin here as there all others were booked. When we arrived, Brady lowered our rate to a one bedroom rate, which was very nice. The cabin was spotless. It was very well equipped and everything appeared to be brand new. The wifi was great, huge TV, extremely comfortable bed and couches. We can hear sea lions barking when we come and go. We would highly recommend it to anyone. They have a large ice machine and washer and dryer if you need it. Very well located to go to the Redwoods which was our goal. They offer a complimentary breakfast which was good enough to get us going for the day.

We stayed just one night. Place was clean. Quiet. Safe. Everyone was super nice. Only issues were little things. Drain in the tub was slow. Room was cold when we arrived but warmed up fairly quickly. Breakfast was just dry foods (cereal, breakfast bars, breads). Kitchen was nice but we used it only to make tea and coffee. Definitely recommend.

Stayed for 3 nights in cottage 9. Room was very clean bathroom was large and clean. Location is very quiet and close to hey 101 for easy access north or south. Breakfast was fine for a quick start. Kitchen was equipped enough if you wanted to cook in the cottage. Just a heads up there seems to be a problem with car breakins at the various beaches as everywhere we went there were signs about not leaving valuables in your car. No reflection on the resort as we felt perfectly safe there.

My husband and I spent 4 nights at View Crest Lodge while driving north. It was spacious, and clean, with a full refrigerator and kitchen, perfect for meal preparation for our excursions to the Redwoods Parks, or the local Patrick's Point State Park. We were able to do our laundry, and the breakfast offered healthy choices like yogurt, fresh fruit, and nice snack bars for energy. The plush towels, bed, TV, WIFI, and couches made for a comfortable stay. This is an example of a unique family run business that is operated with care of their customers as a top priority.

Everything was nice, clean, and better than expected. The owners/staff were very responsive to our requests. You could tell they were really "hands-on", courteous, helpful. And the setting was a delight! Surf crashing, Sea-Lions barking, a really nice August escape from Sacramento.
