On a whim, we decided to stop and check out the blueberry farm next to Butterfield Stage Road. We picked 4 quarts of blueberries, which were the best blueberries we ever ate! Nothing beats fresh! They cost just a bit more than the blueberries in the store, but for SoCal, those are all imported and not as fresh as these!
Picking blueberries is a fun family event for kids, adults, and grandparents too! We had more fun than we expected and will be back when blueberries are in season again.
They also have jams, jellies, and other blueberry products in the on-site store so be sure to check that our as well.
Staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good time on a nice sunny day!

What a great outing for families and with the added bonus of some of the best berries in the area.

It gets a little expensive because it is so fun for the children to pick them that we ended up with a lot. it is good to go when you want to make jam, strawberries pies or shortcake.

We go here every year and let the kids fill a bucket of berry's. It's a few acres to walk through and hand pick berry's. The weekends can get crazy busy so I suggest a week day. Even better is go during the school hours of you want less crowds. No matter what it's fun to walk around and take your time. Great picture opportunities everywhere you look. The owners and employees are always nice and easy to deal with. There is a small animal house with chickens, goats, and I think a pig. Kids always love it and ask to go back. Plan on a couple hours.

Want the freshest blueberries you ever had? Go pick your own, right off the hundreds of blueberry bushes. Go early in the season, as they close with a few months of opening, since all the blueberries are gone!

Spent a fun afternoon picking berries with my children (ages 4-10). In addition to the berry picking, they also have some goats (which you can feed) and chickens. Prices are reasonable and the fruit is fresh and delicious).
