I usually don't write these kinds of reviews, and am in no way trying to be hyperbolic about the experience we had at this crappy hotel, but it was one of the worst nights of our lives. This place is awful, the staff is awful, the hotel guests there were horrible. It was truly a horrendous and unsafe experience. Had loud/drunk neighbors partying out in the hallway at 1am, my husband asked them to keep it down and they obliged. Around 3:30am one of the women in their party was drunkenly running up and down the halls, banging on doors and screaming and fighting with the guys. We chalked it up to her just being drunk, but after an hour of this and when she finally started trying to break in to OUR room we called the front desk and they said they'd send a security guard right away. While we were waiting for the security guard to show (which by the way took him about 30 minutes to show), one of the guys from the room started banging on our door, jiggling the handle, and trying to break in to our room as well. He went as far as to pose as a security officer (with a fake badge and everything) and banged on the door demanding to be let in. We called the front desk again verified this wasn't their security officer, but a guy trying to break in to our room. They still hadn't sent their security over but said he would be right over. We ended up calling the police as well, and we were literally hiding out in the bathroom with all the lights off, as these people were trying to break in to our room. The guy finally gave up trying to break in to our room and went back to his room and that's when the security guard decided to show up. The only person still outside was the drunk girl. Security asked if she was ok, she said she was and he left. THAT WAS IT. They never checked on us, or called our room to make sure everything was ok. Or actually verified that this girl was safe. The whole ordeal lasted about 3 hours and it was a total nightmare. We literally felt trapped in our crappy hotel room too scared to go back to sleep. That staff is so inept and doesn't care about the well being of their guests. I can't stress enough how bad the entire staff was at their job and how unsafe we felt there. They literally do the bare minimum there. We will never stay at another Wyndham again.

We flew in from Florida our flight was delayed one whole day because of mechanical problems. We missed our connecting flight due to the mechanical problem. I called the hotel to ask for a change in the date due to the unforeseen mechanical because we would not arrive until following day. The manager dismiss me did not want to talk to me. I disputed the charge with the credit card . They said they were sorry that is their policy.

I understand policy but this was beyond our control it would be nice to show some human kindness. All we wanted was the reservation honored on the following day. They did not even give us s courtesy discount. We were left with a horrible with a horrible experience.

The room was great......
Then about 10:30pm on Friday night I tried to go to sleep but heard a boom boom boom. The sound of the night club DJ cranking up the bass, I called and complained but the hotel could not do anything about it. I did not fall asleep till after 1:30am and had to get up at 6am. Bonus if you like to party this hotel is for you..... If you are here for business and need to get sleep....get another hotel.

I had unexpected guests in my room...cockroaches! When I brought this to the attention of the front desk the individual did not act surprised and mentioned that she would let housekeeping know! I had a terrible nights sleep feeling like the guests were taking over so checked out at 5AM to go to another hotel in the area. Terrible conditions and terrible customer service to the concern!
