Angla Windmill Park
Ranked #1 of 4 things to do in Leisi
Attraction details
Reviewed 11 September 2016

The entrance fee is 3,50 euros, which seems to be quite a lot regarding 5 windmills standing together, especially when you can see all of them from the road. There are probably some detailed information in one or two of them (it seems like we can not go inside all of them) but it is not worth such a price.

Thank Jérôme P

You can see inside the windmills and learn about their history. There are also old farming equipment and farm animals to see. We could also dine there. They have their own bread that they offer on the side of the dishes as well as to buy the whole bread with you.

Old Saaremaa windmills. Piece of Saaremaa old history. Nice restaurant in the same place. Good for and interesting for children and they parents. Maybe not the point to pay 3,50 EUR by person, because you can see most of this attractions from the road...

One of the most famous views on Saaremaa island. It's a bit touristic and there is an entrance fee (although if you want you can watch the windmills from the road but then you cannot go inside the mill), but one has to admit that it's a very beautiful view, seeing the windmills in extensive fields bordered by forrest. it's also a nice place to try to take good pictures. the windmills are very photogenic

Can learn And see windmills (local ones, plus a Dutch one). All very neat and well Maintained. Kids also had fun. Went early, before some bus loads of tourists came (I guess then it gets crowded since the mills are not very big inside).
