I cannot praise The Canyon Villa highly enough! I was searching for a last minute 30th Wedding Anniversary Get Away spot and was incredibly fortunate to simply find it. We could not have been greeted more warmly, nor have been more delighted with the incredibly lovely villa. Our hosts- Kath and Wills were amazingly thoughtful and served us exquisite food, offering us excellent wines, which is part of the daily ritual. We had Kath and Wils to ourselves the first day, but enjoyed meeting the other guests that arrived during our stay. Wills is a dedicated chef, whose heart and soul goes into his fantastic culinary creations. Breakfast was a three course meal, gorgeously served. Every direction provided a splendid view of the lovely hills. Our bedroom included a view of the East, the North and the West. Beautifully furnished, super comfortable, with a fantastic gas fueled fireplace, our room was incredibly romantic, Our bathroom included a huge, luxurious bathtub, and bathing oils... Ah! I miss it! We loved our daily baths, so relaxing, warm, delightful! We also enjoyed being able to walk out our door, explore the lovely grounds and take walks in any direction each morning. We also could easily drive to town; they have some great restaurants there, do listen to Wills' excellent suggestions, though, as he really knows where one can get the best meals! We want to return to take a class from him and enjoy one of his dinners someday! We did enjoy every single moment of our stay!

We had a terrific weekend in wine country, anchored by our stay at The Canyon Villa. From our welcome on the front steps to the goodbye at our car, Kath and Chef Wills attended to every detail. Their level of hospitality is over the top, and we’ll be reminiscing over the tremendous wine hours and breakfasts for a long, long time. We will recommend this to our friends and family for every visit to Paso Robles.

My work decided to have our Christmas celebration dinner at the Canyon Villa which turned into a retreat. I cannot say enough incredible things about the owners, the cleanliness of the rooms and the unbelievable food that was served. I felt like a million bucks after I left. The bed was more comfortable than my own, the tub was a dream, we didn't want to leave! I highly recommend to anyone that is looking to be well taken care of and treated to the highest level of hospitality. Thank you Wills and Kath! I hope to visit again very soon.
