Very pleasant stay. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.
They are back to daily room service and breakfast.
We always stay here when visiting Paso Robles. No traffic noise given it’s proximity to Hwy 101. Downtown is only minutes away.

I reached out to this hotel as I had several family and friends coming to a special ceremony, from the manager to the clerks to the sales manager they were all awesome, so accommodating, supportive and the hotel was clean, everyone was so nice and now my friends and family will go to this hotel ALL THE TIME when they visit.

The hotel was pretty nice but noisy. I asked for a quiet room since I’m a light sleeper and they gave me a room on the second floor. It was quiet until about 6 when they started serving breakfast. It was hard to sleep after that.
They did have a good breakfast and cookies. I noticed some stains on the bedding.

Hampton Inn in Paso is the PLACE! When work brought me to SLO I could not find reasonable accommodation so I broadened my search and found Hampton Inn of Paso. What a difference from SLO! Each night I could feel the rat race of Cal Poly move in fade as I drove up the 101. Reaching Paso I was greeted with the peace and serenity of wine country. When I come back, I'm staying in Paso and hopefully the Hampton Inn.

Room tip: Entrance is hidden behind the derelict Motel demolition.

I don't even know where or how to begin, so I will just start here. This Hampton Inn in Paso Robles has, without a doubt, the worst most uncomfortable beds I've ever "slept" in. I travel for work, spend many nights in Hampton and other Hilton brand hotels, and this is easily the worst stay I've ever had. The building is old, and while the staff here seem to keep it clean and in decent condition, the mattresses are an absolute joke and the rooms in general badly need renovations. The mattress sinks and offers no support whatsoever- you wouldn't be any worse off sleeping on a pull-out sofa couch, that's how bad these beds are. We are scheduled for a few more nights here but there is no way I will stay here another night, I'd rather make a 3 hour roundtrip home than try to "sleep" here again. I wouldn't be surprised if these mattresses are 20-25 years old, and I'm not joking. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else.
