Not worth the price

The carpeting was stained. The furniture was scratched and chipped. The AC vent was dirty. The bathroom was updated but the shower tile cracked. Bed and pillows were fine. You need to call for maid service otherwise the trash will pile up in your room. I requested trash removal one day but that didn’t happen. Had to put the trash out in the hall for collection. All-in-all, the room was dinghy and would greatly benefit from a complete renovation. The pool and hot tubs were nice. Front desk and bartenders were nice. Location is great but not worth the price I paid.

Great Hotel

My husband and I recently stayed at the Hilton Palm Springs. Everything from the checking in process to the cleanliness of the room was great! The employees were very friendly and personable. It was a great trip!

"Get Away @ Palm Springs Stayed at Hilton Palm Springs for overnight after visiting Joshua Tree National Park.

We we're greeted with smiles by Front Desk Staff as soon as we entered the Lobby.
Our room was upgraded (since I'm a Hilton Diamond member) to a bigger room with a pool view and $30 food credit. The room set up was perfect and has a direct view of Palm Springs Mountain from the balcony.

We went to the swimming pool after we checked in and used the spa and the pool bar too. Pool Bar attendants are friendly and helpful. We encountered some problem in our bill but
Emma, the Front Desk Supervisor was able to rectify and fixed it. Thumbs Up!

Overall a 5 Star Rating for Service and Facilities.

Room tip: Try to visit Palm Springs on weekdays. This hotel is waking distance to restaurant rows, art museum and bars.

Horrible time there

Cockroaches in the room
they have ruined my vacation and time in this area
no compensation or anything at all from them
they know they are there
we were moved to another room that was reserved for someone else and they had the room cleaned for someone else to go into -- we were told they were sold out then moved horrible time here

Room tip: they had a group there and we were not able to use their pool

Comfortable hotel, but be careful with billing practices.

This is a comfortable hotel, with an overall clean room and relatively quiet for sleeping. The location within downtown Palm Springs is ideal. The staff are friendly. However, be careful with the billing practices here. When making a reservation by phone, I asked about a resort fee and was assured that this would not be included. However, when I checked out of my room, a $22/night resort fee was added and the staff refused to remove this despite it not having previously been disclosed. An $18/night parking fee was also inadvertently added (I didn't have a car), but they did agree to remove this.
