My family and I stayed at this hotel over Thanksgiving weekend. We had adjoining rooms on the 5th floor. The room was clean as well as the pool area. The service was exception during check-in on Thursday (special shout out to Ian at the front desk!) He really made us feel so welcome and that our business was appreciated. My only complaints are the toilets in the lobby by the restaurant and the set further back were very run down. One toilet was taped over with a black trash bag. Also, they were quite under staffed at the pool on Friday. There we no towels by the pool for a couple of hours (and there were only a handful of people at the pool). Despite those two minor things, our stay was wonderful!More
