The resort comes across as very dated and maintenance has been deferred. There is peeling paint on the balcony, broken floor tiles, loud air conditioner, old appliances, and a dirty shower. This resort could be very nice if it was simply updated and maintained.

This resort is out dated and needs TLC. The staff were awesome. The pool was nice. Having parking on site was great. It's at a great location with several restaurants and shops surrounding it. The weather was perfect. Every Thursday evening they close down a section of Palm Canyon Drive for a street fair. We had a one-bedroom "city view" room close to the road and on Friday night there was some noise from the bars down the road, but nothing that kept us up. Mostly you could hear the bass vibration off of the windows.

the accommodations seem extremely old and kind of smell so, the tile in corners not cleaned well can see discoloration, faucets are all goofy not set on correctly and angle very strange, when the force air unit or whatever is behind locked closet kicks on it is very rattling and loud i could even hear other units turn on, I did not visit pool or gym so unsure how those facilities rae
