We stayed here for 4 days at the beginning of June for my granddaughter's graduation. One of the things that was irritating was the cover on the remote kept falling off- their fix-tape it! No elevators, and I have bad knees. The staff tried to accommodate-but weren't up to the task. I was told that they were going to do a renovation - it needs it. The shower was so small I could turn around, and that was it. I always wanted to stay here since my daughter lives in Pacifica - and at the cost for this place I would not again. Some of the tiles were cracked, the room needed to be painted also. The coverlet had spots on it, but because I had a sinus infection, and was sick the whole time we were there I did not complain or point this out. The room had a jacuzzi, and I rented this because I thought my husband might use it after helping with a renovation in our basement - WRONG! When doing the "renovation" I hope they remove the jacuzzi's which would give more room for a decent shower. My husband uses a sleep machine because he has sleep apnea - we asked for an extension cord for the machine, and were give a 3 ft cord. It was a good thing that I had a small extention cord in my bag for my computer. The staff tried to be helpful, but were battling against the tide. They give you tickets for the "free" breakfast at Puerto 27 the restaurant next door. The breakfast was the same every day. Tolerable, but nothing to write home about.
I've had dinner at Puerto 27 2 or 3 times previously, and the dinner was good, but the "Breakfast" lacking.
