Very clean, comfortable for a quick layover and I mean quick for us.......probably about 8 hrs. The check in was quite efficient and the front desk agent was very friendly and efficient. The room was a King on the 8th floor, very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated, ample space with a fully stocked bathroom. The restaurant seemed to be very nice and the menu looked great, lounge looked very nice. Full room service menu that I wish we had time to take advantage of.

Thank you for your 5 STAR review of the all new Hyatt Regency at LAX! We so appreciate you noting the nice touches in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Please consider reserving a Hyatt Regency Club room next visit - you will love the Club atmosphere and light food fare offer!

This newly remodeled hotel is a great choice to stay when flying in and out of LAX. The atmosphere of the lobby is spacious making it a great place to meet and hang out with associates. Or even to relax or to catch up on some work.

the hotel has a restaurant but also features a food court. It makes it convenient to grab a quick bite or beverage. The food court offers a wide variety of products including healthy food options and open 24 hours a day for your convenience.

The location is right across the street from LAX. The Hyatt offers a shuttle service but it's just a short walk to the Terminals and not having to wait in traffic.

I wanted to save the best part for last. This Hyatt Regency provides you with awesome customer service. The staff is very friendly, courteous, eager to be of assistance and always greeting and acknowledging you.

Just finished a 45 day trip to South America. Did not want to fly home same day we got off the boat so we stayed at the Hyatt LAX. Easy access to LAX. Free shuttle. Free WiFi. Nice large room with 2 king-size beds. Restaurant is not the best but convenient.

Thank you for your 5 STAR review of the all new Hyatt Regency at LAX. Delighted that after 45 days we became a rest spot as you transition home.

We appreciate the observations and for those viewers reading, unity la restaurant offers breakfast and dinner. Additionally unity la bar has an open menu from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. DAILY as well as unity la open market - which as its name might suggest is open 24 hours. Hopefully between these 3 choices in addition to guest room dining, guests will discover a variety of options.

We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again when travelers bring back through LAX!

The second part first: I had twice confirmed with Hyatt reservations central that I was going to arrive in the morning after the check in day so that I could have a room as soon after I got off a long trans-Pacific flight that landed at 6:30 AM. Somehow, my late arrival was never transmitted, so my suite was taken. Immediately, reception put me in a room until my suite was ready, and the manager volunteered to pay for one of the two nights. So much more honorable than yhe way the far more costly Ritz-Carlton Marina handled a check-in problem!
The hotel, I'm told, was just renovated, and the result is a slick (in the good sense of the word), hip modern looking hotel.
The restaurant is called Unity because it has food from the many different cultures of southern California. The cocktail list is quite imaginative, and doesn't just have the standards. A decent number of the beers are from the area.
They were able to FedEx my luggage home.
Their airport shuttles run continuously as opposed to inconveniently long intervals, as I have found with some other airport hotels.

Thank you so much for your 5 STAR review on the all new Hyatt Regency at LAX. We are gratified the alternate arrangements for an early arrival met your satisfaction especially at 6:30 a.m.!

With travelers constantly on the move as they transition through L.A. - we brought unity la (stands for Community L.A.) into the hotel so that guests could enjoy "portions" of greater Los Angeles representing the many different culinary flavors from around the city. unity la open market is also a favorite because it is open 24 hours. No need to want for anything when staying at Hyatt!

We look forward to welcoming your return!

Can't beat the location and the rooms were very nice. The service was good and the lounge was excellent with service through out the day. the only downside was parking that was higher than expected. Other wise an excellent hotel for business or leisure, especially if you are coming in and out of Terminal 1/2 at LAX

Thank you for the 5 STAR review of the all new Hyatt Regency at LAX! We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay and found the service personable.

For travelers wanting to park at the hotel they can option valet parking that features in and out privileges, or self park in the garage (no in and out privileges) located behind the hotel and utilize the shuttle service that accommodate both.

We look forward to having the opportunity to welcome your return when plans call for LAX!
