Small, but comfortable. The room had modern decor even though there were some things that could have been remodeled better. The bathroom was great. Good light and shower. Amenities in shampoo and lotion were nice. Big TV and nice bed. Location was great, right across from the harbor and restaurants. I would recommend the place for a get-away or business trip.

Stayed 1 night before going on to San Francisco. Didnt have too much time to explore the area but saw that it was close to the harbour & there were several good food options. We ate at Ketch Joannes.
The rooms were ok, clean & a bed. Its a shame that the windows were so dirty as we couldn't enjoy the view of the harbour.
The breakfast was adequate to get you on your way, just a few bits in reception so you take it back to your room but there is a table & chairs in the room so its nice to do that.
The staff were lovely.
We paid more than we would have like to but it was last minute - but looking now at the regular prices, it seems we had a decent discount. We had a nice stay & happy with what we got but not sure I would want to pay full price though i'm afraid.

This place is very nice. Open the windows and let the cool sea breeze blow right through the room. Parking lot is inside the courtyard so your vehicle and contents are safe. My room was recently redecorated (some others are in the process) and was very nicely done. The bath and shower were of highest quality and had rain shower head as well as body nozzles and hand held wands within a large shower stall and glass doors. the bed was very comfortable. There is no breakfast included but a short walk next door to an amazing coffee shop which opens at 5 AM for the local fisherman in the marina across the street has the best coffee and breakfast sandwiches, pastries and so forth. The Harbor View is exactly that. It is right across the street from the Harbor, and marina and shops and restaurants. All very quiet. The loudest noise is the seagulls. The harbor offers hours of entertainment, watching the sea otters float on their backs eating shell fish, a jelly fish floating alongside a pier, fishermen unloading their catch of the day, and so on. I don't think the rooms are for large families, but are well suited to couples. Compared to rates at other places this is a bargain. Compared to the location of other places this is a STEAL! I would and AM going to go back!
