Review of Days Inn Yosemite Area

This Day's Inn is located between downtown and the airport (it is just one exit from the HWY 99 exit to the airport). In addition to its convenient location (surrounded by restaurants, besides being close to downtown and the airport) , it offers a clean room, wide screen television , comfortable bed, and courteous front desk personnel. The downside is that it is bit grimy (next to HW (( and contains no grassy area - just dirt for pet relief) - and while most of the guests look like average Joes (and Janes) some appear a little dodgy. Also, there are street people around the area - it is semi-industrial. I would not take my dog for a walk in the is vicinity. Also, be sure to keep your dog on a leash when using the pet relief area - otherwise, the dog could get run over in the adjacent parking lot. I saw a little dog without a collar in the middle of the parking lot - I galvanized some other guests who were also outside to help. We discovered the dog belonged to one of the hotel's guests. She came out of her room to get her dog (what was she thinking!). Penultimately, the complimentary breakfast is dismal Lastly, the pet fee ($30.) is too high.

I visit Fresno every 6 months or so and have stayed in different hotels. I finally found one that is nice, quiet and clean at a very reasonable cost. The condition of the complex is well maintained as well as the rooms. If you’re looking for an inexpensive place with no frills this is the place. It includes a decent breakfast, eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, oatmeal, cereal, orange and apple juices, coffee, tea. I stayed there twice in the last 6 months and look forward to future stays. It’s not as nice as some other places I’ve stayed but the cost savings is worth it. It is on a very busy street, Blackstone, but didn’t bother me.

Best of my knowledge hotel with services they provide in rates they charge. Front desk was welcoming and free wifi without any issues. Kids were able to connect with ease. Guest laundry was a great plus on our multiday travel. Many restaurants nearby.
Room tip: Near Yosemite freeway 41, many restaurants and gas stations at close proximity.

I've stayed here a few times before never had any problems this last visit was horrible. They don't keep up what they agreed too. Never tried to fix or accommodate what we needed. Staff needs to stop putting ppl in rooms with no hot water knowing kids was in the room

Great place to stay near Yosemite highway 99 and many restaurant options. Hot breakfast is a plus! Interestingly they provide earplugs for light sleeper. It appears to be a quieter neighborhood compare to our previous stay in South Fresno.
