1 night stay with family

Booked a 1 night stay. Friendly helpful desk and the room was very clean and neat. The steal maids of the hotel ia very pleasant with water full and indoor dining. Will stay again here! Wish I would’ve been able to dry the dining by the waterfall

Unhappy with lounge staff

Not happy with the lounge as I was charged twice for drinks and dinner and the hotel has yet to return my call a week later to resolve it. I also woke up to the sound of trains in the middle of the night.

A lot of walking

It’s a older hotel but very surprised when I entered the atmosphere and waterfall was very amazing The elevators were just on one side of the hotel wish there could’ve been another one on the other side a lot of walking around probably not good for older seniors

Not The Doubletree I’m Accustomed To

Did not feel welcomed when I checked in. My door key on my app didn’t work and the girls at the counter made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. Then a few days later I inquired about a late check out and was told we don’t do that any longer. Check out is noon. The evening staff was not as cordial as the morning staff. The morning staff was great!

Nice hotel

We stayed for a band competition and weren't able to really use the hotel other than to sleep. Beds were pretty comfy. There was some noise from a band playing until about 2am on Saturday night. Other than that good stay.
