We came with a group of 7 and got two rooms upstairs facing the sea. Those two rooms had spectacular views of the sea and were pretty quiet. The owner lady was extremely nice and helpful. She made us feel as if we were part of the family and her friend who became our tour guide, ate Gwen, was equally warm and friendly. It's as if you're staying at your aunt and uncle's place. The villa is within walking distance to the downtown area where you can grab some street food or eat at one of the few restaurants. I would recommend eating at Sascha's if the chef is there. She made us fish on skewers which turned out to be one of the tastiest meals I've ever eaten. As for attractions, I'd recommend Ate Gwen taking you around to see some of the most amazing waterfalls in the world and of course the whale sharks. Be prepared however to be one of the many tourists crammed in a small space in the water, about 50 meters from the shore, swimming with 3-4 sharks. Enjoy unwinding after sightseeing, with some cold Pale Pilsner, while staring into the sea on Sascha's lodge patio. I'd stay here again and I'd recommend this place to all my friends.
