Everything on the menu is served in 3s, or a flight. We just had a drink, in fact, just one. You can order single drinks. We sat outside which was nice. One pushes buttons to request the order.

Stopped by with our family of 4 to celebrate our youngest 23rd birthday. No reservation (they don’t take them, unless I think if you have a big group) on a Thursday around 5:30pm. Very busy with the after work crowd was my conclusion.

But, we were able to be seated right away at a short table in the bar area. Was a good table, low, but we were by windows, and could watch all the comings and goings.

We were told they have been open about a month. Nice remodel on the interior in the motif of airlines... airplane hanging from the ceiling, tables shaped like wings, workers dressed in airline type outfits. And a nice feature... small control device on your table to call your server. 3 options, call your server, call your server about dessert, and finally to request your bill.

Now all this airplane motif ties to their theme of serving drinks and food in fights.

Menu has photos of everything... easy or at least it helped us to resolve our choices. Nice variety of beer flights, wine flights, liquor drink flights.... and then a wide variety of food flights.

One of us tried the Moscow mule flight, different takes using tequila, bourbon etc.... we also had their Pinot and Chardonnay flights.

The drink flights were interesting, but none of us liked all three varieties in their flight. Maybe flights on specific drinks are s a bit to much. Fun until your like on the 3rd variety, and the novelty is gone and you just want that one wine?

We shared a variety of food flights.
The food was good, and the variations in each flight were interesting and tasty. The empanadas were excellent. The angus sliders were extra excellent. The flight of fries was great, but we all really liked the garlic fries the best. The bbq fried chicken was our least favored of what we ordered, and it went home with us.

We finished with the flight of beignet, they were Incredible! Yes they came In a flight with different sauces.

A couple words on service and the setting. Our server was great, was busy busy, but helped and was happy. When you push the control buttons, their wrist devices go off.. they were running all over. BT our food went to the wrong table, some food didn’t show and had to be reordered. And finally our bill was wrong. I’d guess these are opening pains.

My biggest complaint was the noise. We could barely talk at our table, just no way to hear each other. Very noisy! They need some absorption panels I’d guess.

So, it was fun, new and different. Drink flights met a mixed response in our group. The food was good.
Its pricey, that’s for sure.

They do have a happy hour, I believe like 2-5. Food and drinks 25% off.
