We all love desserts and it's interesting how every region has an original take on Halo-halo with a variety of ingredients, type of milk, and different levels of sweetness. This famed Halo-halo's unique flavor is generous amount of shredded cheese toppings. The balance of sweetness and salty flavor gave DJC a good name.
A friend actully recommended that we shouldn't skip DJC. We were still full from our Lunch but we seized to indulge on this cheesy goodness. The Anatomy of a Supreme Halo-halo:

The Halo-halo supreme is priced at Php85. Other sizes were also available Special -- without Ice Cream (Php70) and Midget size (Php55). You can request for additional milk at Php15. Other merienda options includes Palabok and DJC is also known for its Toasted Pork Siopao. According to the staff, DJC is derived from the initials of the owner.
