Had a 3 night stay and for me it's yes over prices versus the stay can be more cheaper. Space of the room is enough and hope they may improve their furniture and fixture. Was not able to use the pool as well since it's not allowed as per their welcome note. They should update it. We were picked up by the airport shuttle which is convenient. Upon arriving check in was fine. For the food, kindly looked into it since we from manila have the same value but quality is far off. The staff are wonderful, the interior is great but I hope they may focus on updates with information. By far it can be better but still a good place to stay. Thanks to Sheryl who attended most of my concerns and also the front office team with the housekeeper. I plan to stay here again and am hoping for improvements.

Room tip: Ensure to request for the shuttle they have schedules for that. Massage is much cheaper If you look for your own outside. No convenience store nearby

Checked in because photos looked nice but when i got to the room it had a sink outside and cubicles for the shower and toilet for 4900 you would expect atleast a decent room tried to leave the hotel but they wouldnt refund me 4 hours later tried to take a shower and shower was clogged! Wouldnt stay here again terrible service and restaurant served cold food ordered oso buco and fish and chips both cold like it was frozen! Windows were also dirty and had a motel view. Dont be decieved by the photos online!!!!

The rooms and common areas were clean and well-kept but they asked us for a ‘surprise’ security deposit upon check-in. It was not on the property’s message or general guidelines for checking in — for travelers who are on a budget so it’s a bit off really cause the deposit is ₱ 3,000. I prolly won’t check-in again!

Room tip: Bring extra cash, ₱3,000 to be specific.

This hotel's service is out of date. This hotel gave me a very bad impression. First, I called in the middle of March to make a reservation, but my reservation was not found in the hotel's system. Nicole is the name of the front-office supervisor. She is simply doing what all other businesses do: she accepts payment and then departs. There was no customer service provided. I waited in the reception area for more than 15 minutes because the Family Suite Room was unavailable. The TV is just a regular flat screen with no access to Netflix or YouTube. THE WIFI signal is weak to non-existent. And, according to Nicole, Marison Hotel is a four-star establishment, which is unlike any other four-star establishment I've stayed in.

This is the only hotel i knew who doesnt want an early check in. Slow service of staff..and having a hard time to communicate! Stressful stay!never again!
Food is so so..not worth the price...il rather stay on cheaper hotel with good accomodation..

Anyway i stay in marison suite
